Founded and directed by Rosi Laine Closs, Food Safety Consultoria was created to add to quality and safety to the marketed foods.
The trajectory of Rosi Laine began in 2005, still at the University of Nutrition, when she had her first professional experience in Quality and Supplier Development, working in a large retail chain, Grupo Pão de Açúcar. There she acquired vast knowledge in labeling, production processes, quality and food safety through the activities developed during his 10 years of work.
In 2014, she set out on a new experience, opening his own company, Food Safety Consultoria, advising Mathias Bjorge A.S., a Norwegian seafood producer, for 3 years. In this partnership, she developed labeling work, product registration in DIPOA, Technical Sheets, among other services relevant to the Quality area.
Currently, it serves customers from various segments and countries, enabling the commercialization of its products through its regularization with the competent agencies.
